The Story

The Austin Public Library showcases how structural glass can redefine public architecture by transforming an ordinary pedestrian connection into one of the building’s most memorable design elements. Suspended high above the library’s central atrium, the custom glass bridges invite visitors to experience the openness of the space while allowing daylight to penetrate deep into the building, reinforcing the library’s bright and welcoming atmosphere.
