Gem Glass™
Gem Glass™ is not cast, pressed, or machined.
It is created in a high-temperature oven where molten glass is poured onto a
flat metal surface, passed through rollers to achieve controlled dimensional
texture, then cooled, cut, and fabricated to architectural specifications.
The result is a sculptural glass panel with gemstone-like facets and natural light refraction.
Unlike back-painted or surface-applied products, the color and dimensionality are inherent to the glass itself.
The Process
Gem begins as molten glass.
• Poured onto a flat metal sheet
• Flattened and textured through precision rollers
• Slowly cooled under controlled conditions
• Cut and fabricated to final size
• Laminated when required for safety or code compliance
